PC1080neo is an industrial‑grade dual‑channel LiPo battery charger from SKYRC, backed by 16 years of technical expertise and widely used in agriculture, forestry, public safety, surveying, and other drone applications. The new upgrade delivers 1080W total output (540W±10% per channel), up to 20A charge current and 1800mA balance current, with an energy conversion efficiency of 90%. Equipped with active PFC technology, it supports 100V–240V wide‑range AC input for global compatibility. The 2.8‑inch color display and three operating modes (Fast, Balance, Storage) support LiPo and LiHV (4.25V–4.50V adjustable) 6S batteries. Built‑in multiple safety protections and optional G630neo charging hub enable automatic sequential charging for up to 12 batteries, meeting high‑capacity, intensive field charging demands.
Dual‑Channel Independent Output: PC1080neo supports two independent channels, charging two batteries simultaneously. Each channel delivers up to 20A and 540W, with a total power of 1080W, easily handling complex scenarios.
Charge 12 Batteries with G630neo Hub: Paired with the G630neo charging hub, each channel expands to 6 ports, supporting up to 12 LiPo batteries in total. The hub intelligently detects remaining capacity and charges from highest to lowest, automatically switching after each battery is full – no manual supervision required.
Multiple Protection System: Built‑in protections against short circuit, reverse polarity, over‑temperature, over‑capacity, over‑time, under‑voltage, and over‑voltage, plus a fire‑retardant casing, ensure safe and reliable charging.
Vivid Display, Intuitive Control: A 2.8‑inch 320×240 color LCD with a 65° tilt angle offers clear, comfortable viewing. Select a mode, press start, and your charging session begins – simple and efficient, with full control at your fingertips.
Active PFC – Stable & Efficient: Active power factor correction automatically adjusts to AC input voltage, improving stability and reducing grid interference. The wide‑range input (100–240V) and 90% conversion efficiency deliver both performance and energy savings.
Robust Cooling & Portability: A carefully designed air intake combines industrial aesthetics with efficient heat dissipation. The carbon‑blade fan provides strong airflow and stable performance. A built‑in carrying handle makes it easy to transport for multi‑site operations.

1. Ensure the power cord is properly connected and the wall outlet has power.
2. Check that the rear power switch is set to “ON”.
3. Confirm AC input is within 100‑240V.
4. In field operations, extension reels may cause voltage drop – inspect the socket for poor contact or excessive load.
1. Poor contact (oxidised pins, dirt, loose plugs).
2. Battery protection triggered (over‑discharge, over‑temperature).
3. Ambient temperature outside safe range (below 5°C or above 40°C).
4. Insufficient power supply capacity.
Check these first before assuming a hardware failure.
