The Xingtuo Solid-State Drone Battery Series (ZXGT001-6S22AH / 6S27AH / 6S30AH) is a high‑energy‑density lithium polymer battery pack purpose‑built for industrial drones. The series uses a 6‑series cell configuration with a nominal voltage of 22.2 V and an energy density of 275 Wh/kg, delivering sustained and stable power. The three models differ only in capacity, weight, and dimensions; all other electrical parameters are identical, allowing you to choose based on flight time and payload requirements. The battery supports up to 3 C continuous discharge and 10 C burst discharge (≤3 seconds), meeting the high transient current demands of heavy‑load operations. Internal resistance is less than 8 mΩ, minimising energy loss. Each battery comes with a balance lead and optional power‑lead connectors, supporting standard balanced charging. The factory‑shipped voltage is 21 to 21.6 V. At room temperature, 0.5 C discharge delivers 100 % of rated capacity, and 3 C discharge delivers over 95 %. Even at -20 °C, the battery retains more than 70 % of its capacity, making it suitable for extreme operating conditions. Please specify your desired connector type when placing an order.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What are the main differences between the three models?
The nominal voltage and all electrical performance parameters are identical. The differences are only in nominal capacity, weight, and physical dimensions. The 6S22AH is the smallest, lightest, and most compact; the 6S30AH is the largest and heaviest; the 6S27AH sits in between. Choose based on your drone’s payload capacity and required flight time.
Q2: How do I select the right model for my drone?
First, verify that your device supports 22.2 V operation. Then measure your battery compartment to ensure it fits the dimensions of the chosen model. Longer flight times favour larger capacities, but keep in mind that added weight affects flight performance.
Q3: What charge current and voltage settings should I use?
Standard charge current is 0.5 C (11 A, 13.5 A, 15 A respectively), with a maximum of 1 C (22 A, 27 A, 30 A). The charge cut‑off voltage is 25.2 V (4.2 V per cell). Always use a professional charger with a balancing function and never exceed the specified voltage.
Q4: What should I watch out for during discharge?
Continuous discharge current must not exceed 3 C (66 A, 81 A, 90 A), and burst current must not exceed 10 C (220 A, 270 A, 300 A) for more than 3 seconds. The discharge cut‑off voltage is 19.2 V (3.2 V per cell). Never over‑discharge the battery.
Q5: What is the cycle life of the battery?
All models offer approximately 800 cycles under 0.5 C charge / 1 C discharge, 100 % DOD conditions, and about 500 cycles under 1 C charge / 3 C discharge, 100 % DOD.
Q6: How should I store the battery for long periods?
For long‑term storage (over 3 months), keep it in a cool, dry place. Perform a charge‑discharge cycle every 3 months. Storage voltage should be 22.8 to 23.4 V (3.80 to 3.90 V per cell), temperature -10 to 35 °C, and humidity below 75 % RH.
Q7: What state of charge should the battery have for transport?
For transport, the battery should be at 40 % to 60 % state of charge, with cell voltages between 3.7 and 3.9 V.
Q8: Can I continue using a battery that is swollen or deformed?
No. A deformed or swollen battery is a fire hazard. Stop using it immediately and dispose of it properly.
Q9: What happens if I reverse the polarity?
Reverse polarity is strictly forbidden. It can cause a short circuit, battery damage, fire, or even explosion.
Q10: Do I need to supervise the charging process?
Yes. The charging process must be continuously monitored by a person to prevent accidents.
Q11: Can the connector type be customised?
Yes. Please specify your preferred connector type when ordering, and we will configure it accordingly.
Q12: Do the three models perform differently in low temperatures?
No – they have identical low‑temperature discharge performance. At -20 °C with a 0.5 C discharge, all models retain over 70 % of their initial capacity, making them suitable for winter or high‑altitude operations.
Safety Precautions

During charging: Keep the battery away from flammable materials. Use only the specified professional charger and follow the wiring instructions strictly. Never reverse polarity or short‑circuit the battery.

Charge current must not exceed 1 C. Always use a charger with a balancing port. The maximum voltage per cell is 4.2 V (25.2 V for the pack). Never overcharge. Charging temperature must be between 0 and 45 °C.

Discharge current must not exceed the specified limits, otherwise the battery may swell and its service life will be affected. Never over‑discharge: the minimum voltage per cell is 3.2 V (19.2 V for the pack). Discharge temperature must not exceed 65 °C.

Do not heat the battery, throw it into fire, or place it in environments above 60 °C. Do not immerse it in water or get it wet. Do not short‑circuit the terminals with metal objects. Do not puncture the battery with sharp objects, and do not disassemble it. Do not use batteries that are heavily scratched or deformed. Do not store or carry the battery together with metal items (necklaces, hairpins, coins, screws, etc.).

Store the battery in a cool, dry place, ideally at 23 °C ± 5 °C. If not used for a long time, it is recommended to perform a charge‑discharge cycle once a month. Used batteries must be properly packed and placed in designated recycling bins.

If during use, charging, or storage you notice the battery becoming hot, emitting an odour, changing colour, deforming, or behaving abnormally, stop using it immediately. If leakage or a pungent smell occurs, move away from the battery immediately.

Danger! Incorrect operation may cause the battery to heat up, catch fire, explode, become damaged, or suffer capacity loss. Read the operating instructions carefully before use.
