The 608PD SMART CHARGER is a DC/PD dual‑mode smart charger supporting DC 240W and USB‑C 140W (PD 3.1) input, while the USB‑C port features bidirectional fast charging (up to 140W input / 100W output).
Built‑in intelligent temperature‑controlled fan and through‑air channel design, combined with a bright IPS display and dynamic UI, deliver high‑current output in a compact size. App control (ISD Link) further enhances convenience and portability.
DC/PD Dual Input 240W / 10A Max Output USB‑C Bidirectional Fast Charge 1‑6S Battery Support Smart Temperature‑Controlled Fan ISD Link App Control
Note: USB‑C input supports up to 140W (PD 3.1). Actual charging power depends on the connected PD adapter. If the adapter only supports 100W, the charger will automatically limit to 100W. For best performance, use a PD 3.1‑compatible 140W charger. When multiple units are placed closely, keep at least 5 cm spacing to ensure proper ventilation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: How long does it take to charge a common 6S LiPo drone battery (e.g., 5200mAh) with this charger?
For a 6S 5200mAh battery, using DC input (up to 10A), it takes about 30–40 minutes (depending on internal resistance and starting voltage). With USB‑C input (current limited to 5A), charging time will be longer. We recommend using a DC source to take full advantage of 240W/10A fast charging.
Q2: Does the USB‑C port support simultaneous charge and discharge? Can I charge a battery and power a remote controller at the same time?
The USB‑C port is bidirectional but only works in one direction at a time – either as an input to charge the internal battery, or as an output to power external devices (e.g., remote control, phone). To charge a battery and power another device simultaneously, you can use the DC input (for charging) and the USB‑C output (for discharging) in parallel, but be careful not to exceed the total power limits.
Q3: For bulk charging (multiple 608PD units working together), is temperature control reliable?
Each unit has an intelligent temperature‑controlled fan and a through‑air channel for independent heat dissipation. However, when placing multiple units closely, keep at least 5 cm spacing, maintain ambient temperature below 25°C, and avoid blocking the air intakes. Under full load, temperature rise is typically 15–20°C; the fan adjusts speed automatically, and the charger will reduce power if overheating.
Q4: How do I set the storage voltage for drone batteries? Does the charger support a Storage mode?
Yes, the 608PD supports Storage mode for LiPo and other battery types. You can set the target voltage (typically 3.80–3.85V/Cell), and the charger will automatically charge or discharge to that level. You can switch to Storage mode easily via the IPS screen or the App without manual calculation.
Q5: Will the charger alarm if I mistakenly set a 6S battery as 4S?
Yes. The charger features a "Series‑count mismatch alarm". If the detected actual cell count does not match the setting, it will immediately alarm and stop charging to protect the battery and equipment.
Q6: USB‑C input supports up to 140W, but many PD chargers on the market are only 100W. Does that affect usage?
No. The charger automatically adapts to the input power via PD protocol negotiation. If your adapter only supports 100W, the maximum charging power will be limited to 100W (about 5A). It will still charge normally, just at a slower speed. For best performance, we recommend using a PD 3.1‑compliant 140W charger.
Q7: With a balance current of 0.8A/Cell, how long does it take to balance a large‑capacity 6S battery (e.g., 10000mAh)?
0.8A/Cell is a typical balance speed. For a 6S battery, if the voltage difference between cells is within 50mV, balancing usually takes 3‑5 minutes. If the difference is larger (>100mV), it may extend to 10‑15 minutes. We recommend regular battery maintenance to shorten balancing time.
